Gold has broken the channel support and threatens a breakdown.
Gold broke the channel support at the end of last week and could threaten a bigger breakdown in the event the 38% retracement is broken at the $1275.46 level. This was also horizontal support from January and is at risk of a bigger, longer term breakdown.
